Bradley Medlin

Brad Medlin has been with RD for several years now and enjoys partnering with the firm’s clients to solve problems.  Brad spends his time representing the firm’s union clients (and members) in all aspects of labor and employment law in federal and state court, before the National Labor Relations Board, the Public Employment Relations Commission, other administrative agencies, and in private arbitration.  In addition to his labor work, Brad litigates wage and hour cases, oversees workplace investigations, and provides employment/labor training. 

 

Brad earned his B.A. from Missouri State University, cum laude and his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law – San Diego, magna cum laude.  He is admitted to the California and Washington State Bars.  Additionally, he serves as union counsel representative on the WSBA Labor & Employment Law Section.  He was formerly the Section Chair from 2018 to 2020.
