Kristina Detwiler

Managing Partner

Kristina Detwiler is the managing partner of Robblee Detwiler PLLP.  Kristina joined Hafer, Price, Rinehart & Robblee as an associate attorney in 1996. Her experience includes significant federal and state court litigation, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and the Public Employees Relations Commission, grievance arbitrations, and advising clients on employment issues, organizing campaigns, strikes and picketing.

In addition to her union clients, Kristina also represents joint apprenticeship and training committees and appears regularly before the Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council.  Kristina’s practice includes representation of the Washington State Building & Construction Trades Council as well as work with regional building trades councils.

Kristina received her undergraduate degree from Willamette University with a double major in political science and international studies.  She graduated from George Washington University School of Law with high honors and is a member of the Order of the Coif.  While in law school, Kristina clerked for the NLRB and interned with the Department of Labor and the United States Department of Justice.

Kristina went to law school to “help people” and could not be more satisfied with the path that her career has taken.  She feels fortunate to have the opportunity to work with clients to improve the working lives of men and women and to be fighting the good fight alongside union clients.
